FAQs

  • Your selected bundle’s welcome kit will ship in February 2024. The shipping cost is included but import duties and fees are not. Welcome Kits ship from Mauna headquarters in Oceanside, CA.

  • Yes. If you moved, please email your new shipping address to team@maunaapparel.com

    Changes to shipping addresses can be made before your kit ships. Once you receive your shipping confirmation you will not be able to make any further changes.

  • All Mauna Apparel items on the Welcome Kit are custom ordered, therefore you are not able to change your selected sizes. However, you can trade your kit with other team members on the Facebook or Whatsapp Groups.

  • Yes. Your current membership expires on December 31st, 2024. Applications to the 2025 Team Mauna will open in August, 2024. As a current Mauna Athlete you will be instantly accepted to next year’s Team, but still need to pay the membership fee for the upcoming year.
