About Jessica

Bio

Jessica is a Triathlon Canada and TrainingPeaks Level 1 Certified Coach whose path to coaching was shaped by the sport itself — and everything it demands off the course. After major back surgery at 12, she learned perseverance and patience long before her first triathlon in 2011. What followed was a journey from first-time age-grouper to World Championship qualifier, overall race winner and professional triathlete — built entirely through dedication, process and years of honest work. In 2023 alone, she finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd overall female in every race she entered, including the Overall Female title at the Western Massachusetts 70.3. A serious bike crash and broken clavicle brought her professional career to a halt, and the recovery that followed gave her a renewed perspective on what sport really asks of an athlete — and what it gives back.

That full arc — beginner, age-grouper, professional, injury, return — is what makes Jessica's coaching unusually grounded. She has navigated every stage of this sport, including the hardest ones, and she brings that lived understanding into every athlete relationship she builds. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in confidence, patience and trusting the process: the same lessons that carried her through surgery at 12, through her first finish line, and through rebuilding after her hardest season. Whether you're training for your first triathlon or chasing a qualification, Jessica's focus is the same — helping you become a stronger, more capable athlete than you believed you could be.
