Making changes to your subscription

Your membership, on your terms.

Everything you need to know about cancelling, freezing, switching plans or changing your coach — clearly, no small print surprises.

Cancelling Your Membership

When you're ready to cancel, here's how it works.

Send an email to hello@trionicscoaching.com with your cancellation request. We require 30 days' notice, and your membership remains active — and billable — through that full period. If your 30-day notice falls mid-month, you'll be charged for the complete final month. No partial refunds.

Your minimum commitment is 3 months from your start date. After that, your plan renews month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with the standard 30-day notice.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Memberships are non-transferable

  • Refunds are not issued once a program has begun

  • Missed sessions, late arrivals or unused consultations are not grounds for a refund

Freezing Your Membership

Need to pause rather than cancel? A membership freeze can be requested and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A one-time fee of $30 USD applies when freezing an account.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Upgrading can be done at any time. You'll complete the current month on your existing plan and move to the new tier from the first of the following month.

Downgrading follows the same timing — current month stays as-is, new tier starts the following month. Athletes can downgrade no more than once per year.

Changing Your Coach

Not the right fit? You can request a coach change within the first 90 days of your program at no cost. After that, coach changes are permitted once per year and carry a $50 USD change fee.

Payment & Late Fees

Monthly dues are charged automatically on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, a $30 late fee applies, plus interest accruing at 12% annually. After 10 days, the membership may be terminated and outstanding balances referred to collections.

If you joined mid-month, your first charge will be pro-rated to cover the remainder of that month before your full monthly billing begins on the 1st.

Pricing Changes

If we ever change our pricing, you'll receive at least one month's advance notice by email. You'll have 5 days to accept or cancel. If we don't hear from you within that window, your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current month.
